As a scribe, you will be working with our medical team to document the patient’s complete medical record.

Partner Veterinary is opening an Urgent Care in April 2022. The role of radiologist can be a hybrid position, with onsite duties expected with the flexibility to work some shifts remotely as well. Starting in the urgent care, the radiologist will work two days a week onsite, performing, and interpreting studies, and two days interpreting studies for the hospital remotely. Once open later this year (2022), Partner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center (PVESC) will work in tandem with Partner Veterinary Urgent Care (PVUC). Once PVESC is open, the radiologist’s schedule may remain hybrid, if preferred, but the onsite shifts will be scheduled primarily in the emergency and specialty hospital.

What does your day as a Surgery Client Service Coordinator look like at Partner?
The Client Service Coordinator is the first face and voice of Partner Veterinary. The impact of this first impression allows you to communicate with patience and compassion to clients and team members. The daily emphasis is on tasks that support and facilitate the surgery team and client communication and coordination. This includes updating team members, other services, and the referring community.
Additional tasks include performing duties such as accurately entering service charges in the processing database and completing end of day financial tasks.
You will work with unique and varied cases, and you have the resources to enable optimal patient outcomes.
- Schedule: The surgery team will work 3/12 hour shifts. (Weekday shifts may vary, but schedules are confirmed in advanced and schedules are set on a quarterly basis.)

- Minimum 2 years’ ER/urgent/specialty care veterinary client service experience, preferred
- Understanding of veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminolog
